If you are busy and don't want to talk to a child just say so, say I don't want to talk right now and don’t.
If they keep calling you ignore them because the more you tell them to be quiet the more they will talk because they may not understand what be quiet is or if you keep talking so will they even if you don't understand what they are saying they are trying to communicate with you, and if you talk loud to them they will talk loud to you because they mimic adults, they learn a lot of character traits from parents, some from grandparents, teachers anyone grown and in constant contact with them.
They will one day be an adult who will try and do what we said do but will most likely do what they observed as a child.
